Coffee Crafted with Passion

Single-origin beans roasted in-house, pulled into perfect espresso, and served in a neighborhood cafe that feels like home

Why We're Different

Three things that make every cup at Artisan Roasters worth savoring

Roasted In-House

We roast every batch in our Probat roaster, right here in the cafe. You can smell the beans before you taste them.

Direct Trade Sourcing

We buy beans directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala, paying premium prices that support sustainable growing.

Handcrafted Drinks

Every latte, pour-over, and cold brew is made to order by trained baristas who care about extraction, temperature, and taste.

A Portland Original Since 2016

Artisan Roasters was born when head roaster Elena Park left her corporate coffee job to build something she actually believed in. She wanted a cafe where the beans were traceable, the baristas were passionate, and the neighborhood felt welcome.

Eight years later, we've roasted over 200 single-origin lots, trained dozens of baristas, and become the kind of place where regulars don't need to order. We already know their drink.

From Our Regulars

I've tried every coffee shop in Portland and nothing comes close. The Ethiopian single-origin pour-over here changed my understanding of what coffee can taste like.

Nate R.

Best cortado in Portland, no question. The baristas actually care about getting it right, and the vibe is cozy without being pretentious.

Megan K.

We buy a bag of their house blend every week. It's the only coffee my wife and I will drink at home. The freshness difference is real.
